All of our storm room's doors, wall panels & roof panels have been shot by an air canon with a 15 pound 2 x 4 projectile traveling at 100 mph with no penetration.


All of our storm rooms have 36" Wide doors and are fully ADA Compliant.

All of our storm rooms meet all the applicable current requirements of the FEMA 320, FEMA 361, and ICC500.


All of our storm rooms must be mounted on a substantial, customer supplied, minimum 4" concrete foundation.


The door, wall panels and roof are all manufactured from 10 gauge galvanized steel. All joints are bolted together using 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 1/4" angle iron companion angles.


Allowing three square feet of floor space per occupant; storm room sizes available are as follows:
8 Person: 60" x 60" x 60": high / 12 Person: 90" x 60" x 60" high / 15 Person: 120" x 60" x 60" high - All with two 60" benches
